Marlana Wilson, lcsw
Owner, Founder, Therapist
Hey! I’m Marlana (she/her). I appreciate you being here! So, who am I and what’s my deal? I’m a neurospicy, nature-loving, creative mom and therapist who really likes working with motivated individuals that want to face the hard stuff and get to know themselves better.
Clients and colleagues have told me that authenticity is my greatest strength, and that means the world to me. I pride myself in being transparent and relaxed in sessions by being kind, honest, and inclusive. I will hold space for difficult and uncomfortable feelings- whether they are scary intrusive thoughts, struggles with shame, guilt or loneliness, feelings of inadequacy despite high achievement or how symptoms interfere with intimacy. I want you to get what you need out of sessions - if you want to feel challenged, I got you. If you want validated and to feel seen, I can do that. If you want an experienced co-pilot while you learn to be your own OCD therapist, I’ve got the map. If you want to process traumatic or difficult experiences, we’ll get started with EMDR Therapy. If you need structured sessions sometimes and relaxed sessions other times, that’s totally fine. I am here for you. I’m truly excited, and honored, to be part of your journey.
